These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of RichForms (the "Service") provided by [Legal entity name]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RichForms is a no-code platform to build forms, collect data, route approvals and connect AI assistants via our MCP connector. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with your plan.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and are responsible for all activity under your account. A single person may not open multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, infringing or fraudulent content, for spam, or to collect sensitive data without a lawful basis and the data subject's consent. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
4. Plans & billing
Free – free forever, limited to 200 submissions per month and the included SMS / email quotas; usage beyond the quota requires an upgrade.
Paid plans – billed monthly in USD. Each plan includes a monthly submission allowance, a number of admin and collaborator seats, and included SMS / email volumes. Usage beyond the included allowances is billed at fixed overage rates: data $0.50 per 1,000 submissions, SMS $0.025 per message, and email $0.0004 per email. Additional seats are billed separately. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
Consumable resources (SMS, email, and AI / recognition if enabled) are provided as-is and are not refundable. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software. You retain ownership of the forms you build and the data you collect. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.
6. Availability & disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" on a best-effort basis. We maintain reasonable uptime but are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time; paid periods are not pro-rated. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach. On termination you should export your data; we delete it according to our retention policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Venue].
